Shipping Costs & Flat-Rate

At FauxCenter.com our highest priority is to offer our customers the most competitive prices with the quickest turnaround times on orders. Part of this goal is shipping, so here at Fauxcenter.com we would like to offer all of our customers flat-rate shipping on all UPS continental (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) domestic, ground-service shipping. This is a system in which your shipping costs do not reflect the weight or size of the items in your order, but are measured directly from the total spent on the order. Due to large, bulky and heavy containers of paint, shipping costs often become financially forbidding on large orders, but here at FauxCenter.com this is not the case. Our flat-rate shipping costs are broken down as follows:

• Orders totaling UNDER $50 – Shipping costs - $7.50
• Orders totaling OVER $50 – Shipping costs - $15.00

Same Day Shipping Guarantee

We would also like to take this opportunity to discuss our same day shipping guarantee. Here at FauxCenter.com, we understand that overnight turnaround shipping costs drastically impede profits and job schedules, however, we know the importance of getting your material as quickly as possible. For these reasons, here at FauxCenter.com we want to guarantee that all orders received online at FauxCenter.com by 2 P.M. PST will processed and shipped that same day; after verification of availability.

Return Policy

• Returns will only be accepted upon unused product
• No returns will be accapeted without prior authorization
• Product must be returned within 60 days. All product returned within 60 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• NO product will be accepted after 60 days of purchase date or on discontinued product
• No ruturns will be accepted on custom orders or special order items
• Return shipping expenses are not Faux Masters Studios responsibility and are not covered.
