Varnish Plus Quarts

VarnishPlus™ is a water based pre-catalyzed conversion varnish that meets or exceeds all USA standards for durability and chemical resistance as set forth by the Furniture, Kitchen Cabinet and Millwork Association. A beautiful, professional grade topcoat, VarnishPlus™ is the superior choice for finishing projects where top quality is important.

Basic Application:

• Ensure that the work surface is clean and dust free.
• Apply a thin even coat of VarnishPlus™™ using a brush, roller or spray unit. (For best results brush or spray)
• Allow the material to dry for 4 hours before re-coating. If additional coats cannot be applied within the 4 hour time limit, wait 24 hours and then apply the second coat.
• When sanding between coats, allow the material to dry for a minimum of 48 hours before sanding or polishing.

Tips:

• Do not apply VarnishPlus™ in wet, humid or cold conditions.
• For professional use only.
• Always make a sample to ensure the desired result.
• Because this material contains 35 - 40% resin, it can be thinned with up to 10 - 20% water.
• VarnishPlus™ is self leveling and has excellent flow out characteristics.
